Industrial Relation & Coordination Council
The newly established Industrial Relation and Coordination Council (IRCC) in IOE is committed for result oriented mutual relation with all public and private organizations. The main objectives of this council are:

Introduce IOE and its capabilities to private, public and other organized sectors.

Formulate the policy and guidelines to make access easy to all sectors of Nepal for their technical requirements, training, research and development.

Involve private and public sectors in academic activities of IOE.

Provide ground for talent hunt in the field of technical manpower.

Assist Government, private and public sectors, INGOs and NGOs to identify, formulate, evaluate and execute technical aspects of their new projects.

Organize training, seminar etc. on latest technical development and evaluate its implications in Nepalese situations.

Expose IOE faculties, students and facilities to public and private sectors to make the IOE graduates more competent to face any challenge in their working fields.

Invite industry based technical experts as resource lecturers in required subjects.

Assist IOE departments to offer the final year students' projects in joint ventures with industries to make them more market oriented.

Set up medals/scholarships in the name of organizations or persons for the recognition and memorial events.

Create massive employment opportunities for Nepalese people through IOE graduates in close cooperation with entrepreneurs on Nepal.
To attain these objectives, IOE has appointed a liaison officers in each campus. The main responsibility of the liaison officer is to liaise with all concerned organizations for their requirements regarding training, consultancy, research, seminars, repair and maintenance etc. They are also responsible for introducing the capabilities of IOE and its campuses to private and public sectors in order to march together for the Genitits of the country.
